If a problem persists, a Call Agent can try and troubleshoot Consumables
problems by requesting the HP Status code from the Customer via
the phone. Using this process, it can be determined whether the
Printer requires any on-site maintenance.

The HP Status Code is made up of 4 digits: the first two digits
are the HP ID Code that identify the consumable and its color. The
last two digits are the status number indicating the nature of the
problem.
