If the carriage stopped on the right hand
side of the Printer: |

Check that the User removed the foam packing
that secures the Carriage. |

Make sure that the User has closed the carriage latch properly. |

Check that the Carriage moves freely and DOES NOT bump into
the Service Station.. |

|
If the carriage stopped in the middle of
the print zone: |
|

Check that the trailing Cable is properly attached. Check
that the Trailing Cable clip is properly installed. |
