Problem Description:

Bad contact detected in ISS slot2 floater.

Corrective Action:

Try the following:
 
  • Remove the Black Ink Cartridge and reinstall it in to the Printer.
  • Replace the Black Ink Cartridge.
  • Check that the ISS to Cartridge cable (Black Ink Cartridge) is not damaged and is correctly connected to the Ink Supply Tubes PCA.
  • Replace the ISS to Cartridge cable (Black Ink Cartridge).
  • Replace the Ink Supply Tubes and Trailing Cable.
