Problem Description: Lens has problems reading the Mark Encoder on the Drive Roller.
   
       
Corrective Action: Try the following:
 

-Clean the Mark Encoder on the Drive Roller using the Turn Drive Roller Utility.
-Replace the Lens Cover (See Lens Maintenance).
